How do I shop on shop.cecilnurse.co.za?
Select “Shop” from the top menu and browse through our subcategories. You can click through for more information on each product and add to cart. The Cart is shown at the top right of the page, allowing you to click and view cart at any time or checkout when you are ready. Enter your details and make payment via credit card. Your order will be dispatched once your payment clears and you will receive updated email notifications along the way.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept all South African credit cards by Visa/Mastercard with 3D secure enabled, processed through our payment gateway partner PayU.
Where does shop.cecilnurse.co.za deliver to?
We provide free delivery on all orders to main city centres. All areas outside of these cities are considered regional and will attract a regional surcharge.
Do you have showrooms?

Are these the only products you sell?
We have a considerable product offering available, ranging from desking to reception counters. If you would like access our larger product offering, you are welcome to contact a branch closest to you and a dedicated sales consultant will be assigned to help you. Do you offer assembly and installation?
Currently, assembly is not offered. Products on offer require minimal assembly and each item is accompanied by fully illustrated assembly instructions. Our delivery partner will hand-over the goods at your door on receipt of signature. The courier is not responsible for opening the delivery and inspecting it, nor are they required to discard your packaging on your behalf. The courier will also not move furniture around in your space to fit the delivery, rooms should be ready and clear prior to accepting delivery.
Can I change my shipping address or time of delivery?
Unfortunately, changes to the delivery address cannot be accommodated after payment has been processed. Please ensure that your delivery address is correct prior to processing at checkout.
Are the products under warranty?
All products are guaranteed against manufacturer default. Should you experience any issue relating to performance and workmanship of the product, kindly email firstname.lastname@example.org.
What happens if I don’t like what I ordered?
If you have purchased an item and have changed your mind, you are welcome to return it for a full refund within 7 days of receipt of order. Returns are processed as per our Returns Policy.
How long until delivery?
Orders may be dispatched within 1 – 2 business days after clearance of payment, with delivery within 3 – 5 business days.
